Extreme Weather Bog for Jan 24

Good Morning,

Here is a look across the country with the major weather impacts for your Saturday.

First, low pressure now moving up the Eastern seaboard will bring a day with light-moderate snowfall for most of the East Coast, with accumulations in the 2-8in range, with 2inches near the coast and 8inches away from the marine influence.

Secondly, a weak clipper will push across the Northern Plains this afternoon and evening setting the stage for some light wintry mix across the Eastern Dakota's and Western MN.

Elsewhere high pressure will dominate the weather from the Gulf Coast to the Southern Plains and back into the Rockies.

Enjoy your day and don't forget to stop by and get signed up for our 9 day outlooks as the rest of January and through March look to bring many winter storms......
